- Scan A8 size documents with a paper thickness of 127g/m2
- Long Page Mode is available only for resolutions up to 200dpi.
- Actual scanning speeds are affected by data transmission and software processing times.
- Maximum output resolution may vary upon scanning range. In addition, ScanSnap Carrier Sheet scanning supports scanning at resolutions of up to 300dpi.

- An authentication database is stored locally in ScanSnap N1800. User information is registered into the database from the application User Editor. Only one authentication database can be configured in the scanner.
- Excluding the ADF paper chute and stacker.
- PFU LIMITED, a Fujitsu company, has determined that this product meets RoHS requirements (2002/95/EC).
- The ScanSnap N1800 is capable of scanning documents that exceed A4 sheets in length.
