Warranty PANASONIC COMMUNICATIONS & SYSTEM COMPANY will exchange your defective unit free of charge in the USA in the event of a defect in materials or workmanship with a new or comparable rebuilt, reconditioned, or reclaimed unit for one (1) year after the original date of purchase. If a problem develops with your scanner during the warranty period, call the Panasonic Technical Support Hotline at 1-800-PANASYS. If your scanner is found to be in need of warranty service, your scanner will be exchanged by Panasonic. A trained service representative will instruct you through the exchange process.
This warranty is extended only to the original purchaser. A purchase receipt or other proof of date of original purchase will be required before warranty service is rendered. This warranty covers only failures due to defects in materials or workmanship that occur during normal use. It does not cover failures due to damage that occurs in shipment or failures caused by products not supplied by Panasonic Communications & systems Company, or failures that result from accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, mishandling, misapplication, alteration, faulty installation modification or service by anyone other than Panasonic or a Panasonic Authorized Servicer or damage that is attributable to acts of God.
There are no express or implied warranties except as listed above.
1: The scanning speed depends on the test environment. The scanning speed differs depending on the host computer operating environment or application.
2: Paper lengths larger than legal size are supported up to 25". A resolution of less than 300 dpi and single sheet feeding is recommended.
