The Patriot 470* is the faster, easier, better workgroup scanner solution. The price and performance leader in its category, it includes a powerful suite of applications that improve image quality, OCR accuracy, and document management. Its revolutionary OneTouch scanning and small compact size make it easy to use on your desktop or in any department. The Patriot 470 features 600 dpi optical resolution, 48-bit internal color and a Hi-Speed USB 2.0 interface.

The Patriot 470 also has a 50–page automatic document feeder and scans up to 66 images per minute using dual CCDs - doubling your speed and productivity for two-sided documents. Document size is not an issue for the Patriot 470. It scans everything from business cards and photos up to legal-size documents, with superior image quality.

Scan to Searchable PDF with One Touch
Transform volumes of paper or photos into organized digital files that you can quickly find, use, and share. The included Scan–to–PDF software bundle allows people to automatically scan to image-over-text searchable PDF with One Touch technology. This gives them additional archival benefits beyond traditional storage, and the widely accepted PDF format lets everyone view and print documents – on any computer. Searchable PDF maintains the visual integrity of the original document, with the text portions of the image converted via OCR for search purposes and stored in a separate layer.
